Great skin has a way of starting conversations. Someone notices, asks what you’ve been doing differently, and suddenly you’re talking about your favorite treatment and the team behind it. We see it happen all the time, and we wanted a way to say thank you when it does.
That’s the idea behind our Patient Referral Program. It’s a simple way to reward you for introducing the people in your life to Shine Medical Spa, and to make sure every new patient’s first visit feels just as welcoming as yours did. Whether you’ve been coming to us for years or just started, this program grows right along with you.
How the Referral Program Works
You’ll get three gift cards. After your appointment, we’ll send you home with three $50 gift cards to pass along to friends or family.
Your friends redeem them on their first visit. Each friend brings their $50 gift card to their first appointment and puts it toward their treatment. They’ll need the card, or its code, so we can apply the discount and connect their visit back to you.
You earn credits as they come in. For every friend who completes their first treatment, you’ll receive a $75 credit, up to $225 if all three come in. Those credits are yours to use on future visits.
Credits are used one at a time. Rather than paying out all at once, your $75 credits are held individually, so you’ll have one ready to use at each of your next three appointments.
It keeps going from there. Once your friends become Shine patients, they’ll each get their own three $50 gift cards to share. The program keeps moving forward with every new patient who joins, allowing for more people to earn rewards.
To apply the discount and credit, your friend will need to bring their gift card, or the code from it, to their appointment. Your $75 credits will show up on your account and can be used one at a time on future visits.
